Honestly I'm not sure having the question ahead of time would help Kamal much. If that was the case she would be doing interviews. She must not have a good enough memory if she can't give interviews or answer questions from the press.
That said I do expect she'll get the questions ahead of time and I also expect the moderators to provide interference thought out the debate.
