SCOTUS disagreed in the past but now seem to be moving in removing the wall between Church and State when it comes to Christianity.
Like the MAGAts, they are for freedom of religion when it's their religion, but not when it's another such as Islam.
The Evangelicals want a Christian version of Sharia Law; a religious legal system punishable as a crime.
A majority of current Supreme Court justices now champion a vision of religion that diverges significantly from that of the founders. Instead of ruling that the Constitution requires church and state to be separate, the Roberts court has often held the opposite, repeatedly finding that the government must allow or even fund certain religious activities. The court has also regularly permitted private individuals to force their religious views onto others in the public sphere. In so doing, it has chipped away at the establishment clause in favor of an expansive vision of the free exercise clause. Today, the establishment clause seems to prevent little else than the government explicitly establishing a national religion, while the free exercise clause is so expansive that it permits discrimination and requires government funding for religious activities. Far from separating church and state, the Supreme Court seemingly would prefer that the two operate symbiotically—in clear violation of the founders’ vision for the nation.![]()
How the Supreme Court Is Dismantling the Separation of Church and State
Chief Justice John Roberts’ court is actively eroding the separation of church and state, breaking with centuries of First Amendment jurisprudence.www.americanprogress.org

You have no factual or rational bases for your nonsense - just your anti-Trump bigotry.
Wow....aren't we being judgemental?
I don't hate. Do you ever take your own advice?

still has his head up his ass, and his periscope is blocked by his flapping tongue..
It's O.K.So using childish names like 'MAGATs' and Orange Jesus is spreading love and kindness?![]()
Do you agree that it's a good thing to shoot down violent people, regardless of politics?Notice that hasn't received a response.

LOL On other forums I've seen RWers deny they are Trumpers/MAGAts and claim they hate the Left more.
That's a very peculiar POV on their part, to hate other Americans versus being supportive of our Constitution and our Republic.
I'm a RWer, and have NEVER wanted trump in office. On other forums I've seen RWers deny they are Trumpers/MAGAts
Religions arise from the beliefs of a people.IMO, it IS just an religion.
their culture is based on their religion, but it's no different than having democrats or republicans in charge here in the US

Oh look.Do you agree that it's a good thing to shoot down violent people, regardless of politics?
Better if they just eat their own guns and save their families the grief.
But considering the alternatives....I'm glad he's there.I'm a RWer, and have NEVER wanted trump in office.
You're the one threatening to murder Americans you consider to be "anti-Trump bigots".Look at you, refusing to accept reality, based on nothing but your anti-Trump bigotry.
I've said it many times. They key is to silence the Marxist media. Until you have that, the worst ideas that have never worked will continue to get oxygen. Horrible people will be painted as credible.Genuinely curious.
