How could 200 plus children be rounded up??

Could this happen in the US? 230 children (little girls) rounded up to be held and tortured. How could that happen? Let it never happen in the US.

I believe most were taken from female only schools with female teachers.

Its a war torn area. The terrorist told the girls that an attack or something was coming and some didnt believe them but more did. Thats how they were able to get them
