In fact, whites are the biggest beneficiaries when it comes to government safety-net programs like the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, commonly referred to as welfare.

Moreover, how come they are so utterly lacking in creativity, they still know no better than to repeat the centuries-old gamble of playing off poor whites against minorities. ... and then try to blame the divisions thus created on Democrats.
