How bad will the D state tax Base be by the election?

There will likely be two epic left coast mudslide seasons prior to the election and ever higher freight rates due to the trade war and taxes/(fees) on out of state truck drivers. That combination will really hurt because it will invite retaliation to eliminate larger chunks of D state tax base. NY and the northeast corridor is getting out of radio contact with reality and the region is going further left. That will lead to further increases in poverty and probably crime.
