We are required to sell all our oil on the open market. It's part of the deal that created the petrodollar. No one wants to actually **** with that house of cards. If you don't know what this means maybe you can find a more patient person to explain it to you.

How much of a problem is this really? China doesn't get that much oil, only around 7 percent of our exports. Mexico (the place conservatives love to ***** about), and Canada get more of our oil than China does.
