This "MAGA" Supreme Court has also dismissed all challenges to Obamacare, rejected the independent state legislature theory for election law advanced by Trump and his allies, rejected Texas' challenge to Biden's immigration plan, upheld Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act to preserve protection against race discrimination in redistricting, and upheld the landmark Indian Child Welfare Act.

To be sure, this Supreme Court has also given conservatives many victories, but it has also given them a number of defeats.
