Summer Outlook: It'll Be Hot in the Nation's Northern Tier

And who will they blame this time? The entire northern region of the United States are in for a very hot summer. And it's not global warming, just a continuation of La Nina. But god forbid everyone in those deep blue cities all turn their AC's on full blast at the same time! When was it? 1986? when all power went out somewhere in Chicago? People Died, felt like 100 every day? So what if it happens again in places like Detroit/Los Angeles/St. Louis, etc? They can't blame the Republicans and Donald Trump this time! Those are all towns run by Democrats, and if there is a power out-age and all hell breaks loose, lets just watch them blame the Republicans!!
