Impeach or move the courts to being irrelevant for adjudication anything.

The latest was where this lower court federal judge tried telling the US military who they could and could not accept into their ranks. Next they will be ordering who holds the rifle vx who gets to drive the tank and on which battlefield.

This game of actually giving authority to lower Federal Courts is over.

In truth, neither Republicans or Democrats actually have to follow these lower court decisions. Neither does Congress or the Executive branch or the Military. They are not subject to these lower Federal Courts.

But they pretend as if they must....because then the various parties get to go judge shopping and receive the ruling they desired. And it's all just been a game.

Until now. Since the Democrats have pushed the courts into political activist status....the game is over due to bad sportsmanship.

SCOTUS actually has standing as does Circut District Court (one step below SCOTUS) They rule on Constitutionality of various actions or decisions. And they still give credence to most previous Courts rulings as to Constitutionality so long as there is logic behind it.

The city dog catcher does not tell the Mayor what he can or can't do....just the opposite in fact.

Where is any of this happening? The stock market is crashing, inflation is increasing, tariff's are failing, and all of Trump's firing of federal workers has been blocked by the Courts.
