Man, this was like my third-favorite movie when I was a little kid. I watched it on TV Sunday and realized that it's a really dumb movie. Pretty horrible special-effects, too. Kinda disappointing, another piece of my childhood ripped to shreds.
That said, my #1 and 2 favorite movies when I was a little kid were Ghostbusters and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, both of which I still love, so I guess I must have had pretty good taste.
