There were alot of complaints about DR Horton on '60 Minutes' on CBS. I would avoid that home builder when looking to buy a house.

My advice would be to avoid any home whose construction happened in a year that starts with a 20. Construction materials are not what they used to be.

Having worked in the residential construction I found a lot of the problems come from the construction site manager. Some want to cut corners and get greedy wanting those bonuses to finish early.
