Holy crap i just lit up a smoke at a bar

No I would not, but I also would not take a drunk to a bar when I know that he beats his wife (with emphysema) after drinking.

So? Then don't. I don't see how this negates the fact that others shouldn't be exposed to your air pollution. You can insist that your filthy habit isn't harming anyone else but I'm not buying that. If you want to smoke, get up off your butt and go outdoors instead of exposing everyone else to your air pollution please.

I've never forced anyone to inhale tobacco smoke. Drinkers often force others to die from second had drinking

When you smoke in an enclosed area, you are in fact forcing others to inhale your filth.

There is no such thing as "second hand" drinking.

Are you going to die that day from it?

What does that matter? What if I die in 30 years from it? The point is, you can take your butthead and go outside and smoke. No one is stopping you. No one cares if you want to have black unhealthy lungs, be skinny and ill looking.

Because you wont die from 2nd hand smoking.

What the hell do YOU know? Lol. I'll listen to the doctors over some internet nut, thanks.

Only if you are kidnapped and tied to a chair are you forced into that room.

And yes, many thousands die from the second hand effects of the nasty, disgusting drinking habit

And those people are PROSECUTED. No, a public accommodation business has rules and regulations to follow. This is not a "free for all."

You forced your will onto others not because it was science but because it was "stinky"

Face the facts. Smoking is unhealthy and so is the smoke that exudes off the tip of your stink butt.

If George burns can live to a 100 smoking cigars so can I, that's why I switched about 3 years ago.

I've heard this before:

Understand, much of the tobacco today is "reconstituted". Google it. I don't smoke pre made, big tobacco cigs. Those contain reconstituted tobacco.

I smoke the same kind (probably) that George Burns did, pure leaf, no additive basically organic, plus it costs me less then a buck a pack to do so WITH ALL TAXES PAID.

The high taxes made cigerrete manufacturers use reconstituted tobacco to make a profit. I wouldn't touch those things with a ten foot pole.

I can just picture all the smokers with their old haggardly smoking voices "no, I should be able to smoke and pollute the air where ever I may be. *hack-hack-hack* (coughing up lungies). Gross man. Gross.

That's what he smoked?

Interesting..I really cut down on smoking my cigars now because I know the quicke Mart cigars is bad for me..

But I sure do love to light up one.

Nope. People can go into any restaurant they want and should not have to be smoked out. Stop being selfish and whining about it and go smoke outside where smoke belongs.

They don't "have" to be smoked out. If the restaurant owner wants to ban smoking, good for him, I'll support him.

That's the American way

Forcing people to breath in and participate in the disgusting habit of smoking is NOT the American way. People are just selfish.

Google: "drunk driver kills family" and get back to me about that selfish nonsense.
Did that drunk driver go to jail?

Are you advocating illegal smokers go to jail?

Yes, and the victims of second hand alchohol are still dead.

Happy?????
And the perpetrators went to jail

When are we going to prosecute big tobacco

I think I'll go outside and have a cigarette, all this talk about smoking.......

You already did when is Obama going to prosecute federal laws on the books against pot?

I'll bet my total health care bills are way below the average. Fact is, in the past 40 years, other then annual physicals, I've seen an MD 4 times. 2 ear infections, 1 flu that just would not go away and a spider bite that resulted in a swollen ankle.

And I'm hot as friggen hell

It all was pure leaf before the high taxes. That's when tobacco companies started using reconstituted tobacco. The taxes made smoking more deadly

I have not been to the doctors since the 80s except to take a mandatory company physical and drug screen..

I don't say I am hot as hell, but did pick up a 30 year old last night from fratz ... :)

When you smoke in a public setting, you are forcing everyone around you to inhale your tobacco smoke.
