No I would not, but I also would not take a drunk to a bar when I know that he beats his wife (with emphysema) after drinking.
So? Then don't. I don't see how this negates the fact that others shouldn't be exposed to your air pollution. You can insist that your filthy habit isn't harming anyone else but I'm not buying that. If you want to smoke, get up off your butt and go outdoors instead of exposing everyone else to your air pollution please.
I've never forced anyone to inhale tobacco smoke. Drinkers often force others to die from second had drinking
When you smoke in an enclosed area, you are in fact forcing others to inhale your filth.
There is no such thing as "second hand" drinking.
Are you going to die that day from it?
What does that matter? What if I die in 30 years from it? The point is, you can take your butthead and go outside and smoke. No one is stopping you. No one cares if you want to have black unhealthy lungs, be skinny and ill looking.
Because you wont die from 2nd hand smoking.
