Now Hochul is blaming her opponent for 'playing up' the crime problem, as if it doesn't exist but her opponent is creating the false impression there is one.

The only other Democrat who is this out of touch with reality is Joe Biden, and at least he has dementia as an excuse.

She is 100% right. Crime is nowhere as rampant as the GOP says it is. It is also the GOP who now wants to defund the FBI and other federal law enforcement agencies.

unfortunately if republicans take the majority they can on slow down Bidens radical left agenda ... you are right in saying that the damage has already been done by the left ... republicans will only be able to limit Bidens radical agenda ... i doubt Bidens handlers will allow him to meet in the middle and do things like lift regs to increase fossil fuel production . We have never really recovered from The Halfrican as far as the soul of our Republic goes.

The FBI doesn't deal with everyday crime, and crime isn't down. What is probably down is reporting it and arresting for it, which is the crux of the entire problem.
