Do you even know what an executive order is fool? Hint, its not binding legislation, its what the lame duck loser uses because nobody in congress will listen to the fool anymore. His flailing around being an agitator does rile up the conservative base which doesn't help the Dem's in 2016 but I'm fine with that.
