You forgot the Ohio-class SSGNs that had their Trident's removed.

Only four of them. SSBN-726 through SSBN-729 in order to comply with arms limitation treaties had their Trident tubes filled in and were converted to SSGNs. The other 14 are still SSBNs and have their Trident missiles. And yes, I know that is what you said, but I am clarifying it a tad more as many in here tend to miss small distinctions like SSBN and SSGN.
