I suggested something similar a couple of weeks, but not quite as strict: that threads full of antisemitic lies - like Jews are acting like Nazis, Trump is like Hitler - should at a minimum be sent to the Rubber Room.

Here's an even better idea: let's just do away with all protected classes of people and banned words here and just stick to the rule that HATE speech is disallowed. I can think of 1000 ways of inserting the name of Hitler in a sentence that doesn't necessarily involve hate, but very few ways of expressing true hate with or without his name. Put more simply: a person can easily express race-hatred without ever mentioning Hitler.

So let's focus on the visceral hate speech as the real problem here instead of just the words. True hate speech is intended to convey hatred, contempt, violence or harm against an individual or group. We already have a rule against that.
