Yet, your guy could have issued a simple executive order to faithfully execute our own laws regarding employment at the will of either party, for unemployment compensation to help automatically stabilize our economy instead of trying to legislate from the Oval Office. It could have been a good gesture for Labor Day and potentially help diffuse any impetus for rioting.
