The latest polling from Rasmussen Reports reported that for the first time in roughly 20 years, half the country believes the United States is on the "right track."

Rasmussen posted to X on Tuesday morning, reporting that 50% of the country believes the U.S. is on the "right track" while 45% believe it's headed in the "wrong direction."

"Holy crap - it happened! For the first time in our polling history" — since 2006 — "A MAJORITY says the country is on the right track. Don't F it up, Republicans," Mark Mitchell with Rasmussen warned on X.

Mitchell later told the Washington Examiner: "Never thought I would see it. I don't think the Republican Party understands the gravity of the gift which [President Donald] Trump has given them. Unprecedented presidency."

According to the poll, among Republicans, 75% believed the country was on the right track. For Democrats, 31%. And for independents, 45%.

Of course nary a MSM outlet is reporting it.

Now watch the Senate gop mess it up by not passing the BBB.

This polling is very good. Even in the RCP Direction of Country average, we've reached the highest right direction point in 16 years on that chart. In May of 2009, we went just a point or so higher than the current average, for a very short period of time.

Trump's job approval is doing well too, nearly back up to March levels of about 48%, which is a very strong range for him and quite a bit stronger than his first term.

Now watch the Senate gop mess it up by not passing the BBB.
I'm quite confident they'll pass it. It might be a lively month or so as the House and Senate battle it out a little, but I think they'll get there. Enough of them recognize how punishing it would be if they don't pass it and I'm sure they can see and appreciate the current momentum of Republicans.

it's funny how the left focuses so much on the debt only when a Republican is in office.
You never care, you want lots and lots of debt, you want the US to fail and become the great depression, again.
I did not run for office using the debt as a tool for re-election and then run up more debt after the election.

MAGATs want debt and destruction all at the cost of giving rich people a tax break they don't need.

Nothing has changed ....Still have deficits and debt and a BBB that is loaded with more debt.
you are the typical far-left winger who would be mistakingly let into heaven and being fed grapes by nubile young virgins while basking in the warm sun of the usual 75 degree days and one of the admiring virgins asking if you like being there, responding, "Well, it did rain last week and those grapes aren't sweet enough and why does God have to send only Muslim virgins and couldn't he be more inclusive and why couldn't he have included some of your frat buddies in heaven and......................"

There is no Heaven, it is a made up place. Your stupid analogy has nothing to do with yer love of moar debt.
