And that is what Progressives would do if they were in power. How to put this in perspective. Two opposing spaceships facing each other in star trek with the ships having power issues. One has to lower the shields to fix a problem that the other ship can do also. However, the other ship can fire its weapons at an unprotected ship. So, to balance the budget or do the right thing is constantly attacked by the other side with smears of everyone is going to die if we do not keep all of the programs going at the levels, they are at and more. And if the Republicans do the right thing this time around, the progs as we have seen are promoting the end of everything. So, we have to decrease the yearly deficit which as around two trillion dollars last year. And it may take a cycle of having a good size deficit until the new programs take root.
