I doubt that stops criminals from doing what they do. If anything you would think cameras everywhere would deter people much like DNA testing stopped serial killers.

My neighbor is almost a doctor, from Texas. I asked her where she's going to work when she's done with residency. She said "Not Texas". She's a OBGYN. She said she may more to North or South Carolina. I forget which one. But she said there are enough transplants from blue states there that they aren't as strict.

I told someone a few weeks ago this is happening. Doctors aren't going to anti abortion states. I had no idea my neighbor was one of them.

Our paper (what's left of it) posts the weekly crime blotter I follow. Ours is mostly drug/property crime.

The thing is our TV "news" comes from DC (all left-leaning stations, even FOX) and almost the whole of the first hour is devoted to the DC/Metro shooting crimes that happened overnight and follow-ups from past crimes.

While it's not as bad as in the 80s during the crack epidemic, it's not good, at all. At least NOtVA is not as bad as DC/MD metro.

I was watching a show about Psychopaths. One murderer/rapist in Philly/Utah got away with it so long because the Philly Police didn't report a lot of rapes as rapes. They reported them as misdemeaners, burglaries or assaults. If they would have classified them as RAPES they would have realized they had a serial rapist running around. And the girl who died would have been more careful if she knew 3 rapes happened in 5 city blocks from her home in the last month.

Anyways, it got me thinking about how Republicans love to suck Cops dicks but trash the FBI crime reporting. But do you guys realize the cops lie too? Then of course you will say "those are Democratically run cities those cops live in".

Yea, yes they are. The biggest cities have the most corrupt police forces. That's what BLM has been saying. So why do you fight them when they say the police suck? They suck just like the FBI.

But, you guys are winning the cops votes. I believe Trump probably wins 90% of cop votes. Why? Because cops have a really shitty attitude about society. They see the worse. They want an authoritarian state. Where they get to knock heads and be above the law. The good old days.
