What crimes have been committed that she would be asked about that are still within the statute of limitations?

#1 You can't "claim the 5th" because the answer would be embarrassing.

#2 You can't "claim the 5th" to protected someone else.

#3 You can only claim the 5th if you can be subject to criminal prosecution (not civil), hence the importance of knowing what crime the 5th will be claimed for and the relevant SOL.
