Judge Nap: Federal judge has Hillary in private server Catch 22
To fight the ruling that she answer more questions under oath Hillary would have to ask US AG Barr, whose DOJ is supposedly investigating her, for help.

"She can't plead the fifth because the statute of limitations to prosecute her for failure to safeguard state secrets has come and gone. She can't be prosecuted for that," he replied. "She could be prosecuted if she lies under oath in this deposition. She is represented in the deposition by lawyers form the Justice Department. The same Justice Department that would prosecute her if she lies under oath"
Evidence exists showing in 2016 Rosenstein and the DOJ made it perfectly clear they did NOT want a criminal investigation against Hillary Clinton...and enough evidence exists that there are still anti-Trump Obama holdovers in the DOJ now.....
