Well, that would require an amendment to the Constitution, so you'd better get started getting 3/4 of the state legislatures to agree with you.Wow, Kennedy only beat Nixon in 1960 by 112,000 votes. Yet, Clinton gets 1.7 million and still loses.
I think the popular vote would be a better way to elect presidents.
I think it's already started. That's what the number 1.7 million does. And as it grows, so does the case for it.
1.7 million poor blacks in the watts don't make a country fool
