One housing tract was called "Castle Grande" and the three little crooks sold all the equity in shares to investors of White Water. Then the three little crooks sold the SAME equity again to the Castle Grande group. THEN the intrepid crooks took a loan from the Small Business Administration secured by the same equity they had already sold twice. Grown ups with integrity call this "thrice encumbered" and it's real bad. Just like you can't sell your car to three different people and collect the cash from all of them.

But Hillary, the sleaziest crook of them all was married to a sexual predator who became governor of the state, so most of this was swept under the rug. Except the SBA is a federal agency, and they don't kowtow to state governors.
