And who hasn't figured this out yet? It seems whenever Hillary is asked a question that could incriminate her, she immediately brings up the lie/lies that Republicans do it too, Republicans do it all the time, Bush did it, etc.

That is the LIE being repeated over and over. THAT is what HILLARY claimed...except the FBI, once into her server, HAS discovered e-mails and info with the marking on them!

The markings don't even matter, though, as the documents SHE SIGNED confirm. She signed a document once she got her clearance (already posted several times on this board) stating ALL information would be treated as classified no matter what due to the nature of the State Department and what it was involved in.

Clinton emails continue to be non-scandal, disappointing Republicans
So here’s what we know at this point, put as succinctly as I can:

1. Clinton set up a personal email account and used it for work. Even though previous Secretaries of State did the same thing, and even though thousands of people in government use personal emails for work, she still shouldn’t have done it. She may have violated department policies, but there’s no evidence she broke any laws.
2. Clinton has said it was a mistake and apologized for it.
3. There were concerns that her email server could have been vulnerable to hacking from a foreign power. But it does not appear to have been hacked.
4. None of the work-related emails she sent and received were marked classified at the time. However, some 200 of them were retroactively classified. This is now the subject of a spat between the State Department and the intelligence community, which classifies many things that people elsewhere in the government think are absurd to classify.
5. For Clinton to be charged with mishandling classified information, she would have had to knowingly passed such information to someone not authorized to have it — like David Petraeus showing classified documents to his mistress — or acted with such gross negligence that people without authorization were bound to see it. According to what we know, neither of those things happened.
6. The FBI is investigating the matter, but has said that Clinton herself is not a target of that investigation, meaning that they don’t suspect that she committed any crime.
7. That former aide, Bryan Pagliano, has been granted immunity by the Justice Department and is working with them as they complete their investigation, which will probably conclude this spring.

- EXCEPT I posted the links to where the State Department declared many of the documents found were never given to them, AS PER THE LAW regarding FOIA. You are wrong. There is evidence she broke the law. ALSO, as pointed out, after she left the State Dept she was to turn over ALL classified, not being allowed to keep ANY in her personal possession. Since over 1,000 pieces have been found, that's over 1,000 violations of the law, intentional or accidental.

- Investigation showed that her server was NOT set up correctly - as in as per the LAW. To maintain a classified server certain legal requirements have to be followed. The server was deemed NOT 'secure' because the encryption was not installed properly. If you want to blame that on Pagliano, the guy hired to maintain the server, then great, but it's still a violation of rules / the law! Punishment for such is to have security clearances revoked, the right to have a personal server revoked, etc....

3. None of the work-related emails she sent and received were marked classified at the time.
- I have already proven this to be a continuous, parroted Clinton LIE! The links I posted above show several documents WERE MARKED SECRET - not 'after the fact'. Also, as pointed out, the pattern of stripping markings off documents and sending them via unclassified means has already been established, BOTH by her aide's testimony AND her own e-mail in which she tells her staffer if they can not resolve the problem regarding the inability to fax classified documents to make them 'non-paper' WITHOUT MARKINGS and send them UNCLASS. Now we have over 1,000 documents that are 'non-paper without classified markings' - after what she says in her own e-mail - and liberals are trying to say this is just a coincidence, that Hillary and her staff were not intentionally stripping the markings - BREAKING THE LAW!

The woman had information so classified ('knock lists', etc) they can't be released in ANY capacity. There is NO F*ING WAY she did NOT know they were classified. If so, then she is not qualified to ever hold a security clearance again because she is so F*INH STUPID that she is a risk to national security!

Loretta Lynch, Atty General, has stated top criminal / prosecutorial lawyers are working with seasoned FBI agents on this case...THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN DURING A 'SECURITY REVIEW'.
