This is something no one else has thought about.....what if hilary's email server was created as a Blind Drop for giving secrets to the Chinese and other countries.....

She sets up an easy to hack email server and let's them know about it.....she then let's them get all the information their payments to the clinton foundation entitles them to.....and she gets paid....and has the deniablitly of never handing them directly to the other governments.......

Why do I think this is possible...because how they did it when her husband was in office.....

trip paid off in spades for Loral. A meeting in Beijing with a top
official led to Loral winning a deal to provide cellular telephone
service to China, an agreement that will soon be worth $250 million
annually.
