GOP Rep: Pelosi Blocking Wuhan Investigation in Favor of Pinning Pandemic on Trump
Pelosi has put together a committee to oversee the Trump administrationās handling of the COVID-19 crisis. In a āDear Colleagueā letter, she assured everyone this was about ensuring the relief money was spent the way it was supposed to.
āWe must make sure that the historic investment of taxpayer dollars made in the CARES Act is being used wisely and efficiently to help those in need, not be exploited by profiteers and price-gougers,ā Pelosi wrote in the letter late last month, according to Politico.
GOP Rep. Guy Reschenthaler of Pennsylvania tried to investigate a New York firm EcoHealth Alliance that sent money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology ā potentially the source of the virus, according to some sources ā have been stymied by Pelosi and House Democrats.
During an appearance on āBreitbart News Saturdayā Reschenthaler talked about a letter he sent to Secretary of Defense Mark Esper regarding a Pentagon grant that went to EcoHealth Alliance, which has given money to the Wuhan institute on a number of occasions.
Another grant involved the National Institutes of Health (in particular the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases, run by Dr. Anthony Fauci) giving money to the EcoHealth Alliance ā which, in turn, gave some of that money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology to research coronaviruses in bats.
āBut the bottom line of the Democratsā behavior is this:
They hate this president so badly that they would rather side with the Chinese Communist Party than defend Americans and defend our spending and spend wisely and just be honest. That is their hatred for President Trump and disdain for President Trumpās supportersā, said Reschenthaler.
Reschenthaler said he is trying to determine if money from the Pentagon grant went to the Wuhan lab.
āThe [Department of Defense] also gave EcoHealth Alliance $6.5 million in a grant, ... ..., that grant was to understand bat-borne zoonotic disease in context with weapons of mass destruction, what Iām trying to find out is whether or not the DOD funding that went to EcoHealth also went to the Wuhan Institute of Virology,ā he said.
So, WHAT IS the EcoHealth?

Dr. Hume Field
Science & Policy Advisor
"We need to look at the big picture to understand what is driving disease emergence. Only then can we see cause and effect, and avoid the negative impacts on both human and animal populations. EcoHealth Alliance strives to do this on a global scale."
Scientists Bio
Dr. Hume Field is an international authority on emerging zoonoses associated with bats. His formal qualifications include veterinary science, environmental science and infectious disease epidemiology.
He has played a key role in the identification of various species of bats as the natural reservoir of Hendra virus and Australian bat lyssavirus (Australia), Nipah virus (Malaysia and Indonesia), SARS coronavirus (China), and Reston Ebolavirus (Philippines). His ābig pictureā perspective is very much ecosystem health, highlighting the connection between environmental, livestock, and human health.
Dr. Field was head of the Queensland Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases in Australia until 2013, and is now working with EcoHealth Alliance as a Science and Policy Advisor for both China and southeast Asia regions.
His research focus remains the ecology of emerging diseases associated with bats.
QUESTIONS TO THE AUTHORITIES:
Will the investigating authorities question this scientist regarding the collaboration of the New York-based EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan Institute of Virology and what the scientist was actually doing there?
Did EcoHealth Alliance really seek to protect people from pandemics or turned the entire planet into a testing ground?
Will they question Nancy Pelosi be questioned on why she is preventing the investigation into EcoHealth Alliance collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology
Will they question Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases???

Economics of Emerging Infectious Diseases
- Optimal pandemic policies responses. Should we invest more in preventing the outbreak or alleviating the damages of an outbreak and when should we invest and implement these policies?
- Financing options for global disease surveillance and response. Multi-lateral organizations have investigated the costs necessary to bolster infectious disease surveillance and response capacities in all countries around the world. Global donations required to fund these upgrades are not sufficient. What other options does the global community have?
