I don't think Texas can legally do that. Immigration is a federal, and largely executive matter. Biden did offer testing. But imo that's not the whole issue. Once people are here, amd not in custody, they are pretty much free to go anywhere and they aren't found unless arrested for something not immigration related. And kids are worse, because we have to find none jail placements for them, and they never leave. It's like any kid can come here, and force us to educate and care for them.

We have a POTUS who is non compos mentis and his own Party wants to take away his Executive powers lest he go nuke someone in a fit of dementia.

Texas needs to secure their Sovereignty!

Biden promised to stock the sex trafficking pipeline with fresh meat.

This is probably the ONLY promise Quid Pro will keep. But he NEEDS the backing of Hollywood and the press, and without the markets well stocked, they would turn on him.

Biden was gettign a TON of pressure from the FBI and Intel Agencies all of whom were complaining that they could not hire new any executive unless they were first filmed having sex with underage children which was now near impossible because Trump had put a sever crimp in the once steady supply of Latin American kids

That is roughly a third of all undocumented immigrants in the country and does not include millions of their immediate family members who are U.S. citizens.


About 900 have served in the military….and two and a half times that number have been incarcerated.

So make them citizens so they can pay taxes for it.

We have a citizenship process in this country that has worked very well for a long time. It takes several years and properly vets the immigrant applying for citizenship after obtaining the legal right to reside in the country. If these people can follow it, that would be perfect.

I didn't approve of Herr Miller abusing children to apply a negative consequence to parents, but Legally once the kids are here, they aren't going anywhere but to a US placement, so the only option is to not allow any parent with a child, or undocumented child, into the country until they are found eligible to immigration or amnesty status.

Biden wants to do something more "humane." While what Trump did was inhumane, we shouldn't have to allow people to break reasonable laws because of notions of humanity. Just don't let em in. Then it's there choice. We might have to send some money to mexico, but then they can enforce their own southern border.

Humane! You better look at the people here that need humane. But you don't. Voter you know. You do not know what you are voting in. And they will eliminate people at some point.

The real issue here is Xiden's complete failure, and dereliction of duty, by not testing these folks, or quarantining them...and simply giving them a bus ticket to go free across the United States.

Well legally we cannot "quarantine" children. Herr Miller intentionally broke the law so as to inflict inhumane treatment and use children as an example.

But Biden has offered to test all the illegal aliens coming in at US expense. I'd prefer none of them get in till they have legal status ... and then test them at the border.
