Does it matter? He may have. I know he has been involved in questionable activities since his college days.

Looks like his whole family is a mess and possible he's lived a double life for a long time.

Good he's off the street.

It is really hard to tell, at this point, just how many criminal incidents he may have been involved in. He is a schizophrenic. His actions fit all the criteria.
