It's not alarming to me. It's been going on for decades.

I came across a woman the other day..she was applying for disability...she was literally batshit crazy. I mean she was twittering and whimpering..absolutely insane. She was a special ed teacher until last February. She's an immigrant, too. As is her husband, who has a degree in PHILOSOPHY yet has never had a job.

Applying for SSI/SSD for both of them. She's nuts and he's..I don't know. Terminally lazy.

And this is typical of *educators*. They get free educations from the US (it's easier for a foreigner to get into our schools than for Americans) and the crazier they are, the easier it is for them to get a job with our kids.

And in her case, captive, often non verbal children. It sent a shiver right down my spine.
