Proactive measures are often more preferable to solving a problem after it happens. I would suggest placing huge mouse traps along the border. They can be baited with such things as enchiladas, tacos, and burritos. Also deploy booby-trapped piñatas filled with explosive material, spaced every few hundred yards.

Illegals can't resist whacking those things with a stick.
