I think they keep trying to get her to **** up so that she has to recuse herself from possible cases they are worried about.

By **** up, I mean state how she would rule....then they will demand she recuse herself because she already said how she would rule.

Dems are so concerned about ACA, when it has already been ruled constitutional without the mandate. It can only be undone by congress. And most of those Dems sitting in this hearing have voted to end ACA and replace it with Medicare for all.
