Both ass grabbing and vaccinations against consent are assault There is no difference. An employer is not allowed to mandate healthcare decisions. They are not allowed to fire based on healthcare decisions. Especially for a goddamn vaccine that doesn’t even work. It’s not even a vaccine, it’s a shitty therapeutic. Its the most dangerous vaccine in history, and there’s far more effective treatments and prophylactics out there. It’s also an insane practice to do during a pandemic with this type of rapidly mutating RNA virus. The only thing that is for sure going to happen with the evolutionary pressure we’re putting on the virus (it’s already happening) is that we are going to select a mutation that is resistant to the vaccine. Just like Biden COVID czar, dr Micheal olsterholm, said would happen in March of 2020. We have never produced a vaccine for this type of rapidly evolving RMA virus for that exact reason. We’re watching the vaccine fail against the delta variant in the most heavily vaccinated places, and we’re already talking about the lambda variant. We’ve passively already identified 2000 different variants.
This vaccine nonsense has reached an insane level. We’re watching the milgram experiment play out in real life. Some guy in a lab coat is telling test subjects to shock the other test subjects against their will, and 70% of y’all are doing it.

They are not only not only unqualified people recommending medical advice, they are forcing you to follow it. Three or four years down the road they discover these vaccines are causing kidney damage, and you become very ill if not deathly ill, you sue them for forcing you to take a vaccine that was not approved by our FDA. After all, you didn't want the damn thing and only took it because you had to in order to keep your job, that employer is responsible.

Um you know that “right to work” places get successfully sued for wrongful termination all the time. It’s a whole billion plus dollar industry of law. That is specific to this waiver, yes. That was not the claim, the claim was that this one required a waiver and others did not. That is simply not true, the others come with a waiver that protected everyone in the chain if one of the many side effects happens. A list that universally includes death and disability.Wrong. The specific deal with companies producing this and emergency use authorization is that you cannot sue over damages, since it does not have FDA approval and it was rushed out.
