I used to tell my skinny friends who were jealous of my musculature not to be. One day their metabolism will slow down and they'll gain some size. Us thicker guys wish we were skinnier. One day our metabolism will slow too and we'll get fat.

But yea, you are 45ish and still skinny? You'll be skinny for life. Do you eat whatever you want? I bet you do.
