Trump promised to strike “big, beautiful” deals to justify his big beautiful tariffs (the most beautiful word in the English language.)

“Everybody wants to come
and make a deal!”
So, where are all the deals?

So far, the goals of many of Trump’s negotiations have been unrealized, even those that he said would be accomplished in days or weeks.

The world is holding out. That's a standard negotiating tool. As Trump's approval level plummets, nations are letting Trump bear the consequences of his savaging trade policies to better their bargaining positions.

Expect a trickle of limp-wristed "deals" soon, made from Trump's increasingly weak bargaining position.

The U.S. is about to make desperately needed "big, beautiful deals" and the blowhard is about to insist they're all "Beautiful!"

Trump is a damn idiot. His vocabulary is, well to put it mildly, SAD. I mean I would have better results speaking to a group of fourth graders than speaking with anyone from Trump and his administration.

Thanks for your opinion on why they aren't realized in your timeframe that you gave him. :rolleyes-41:

Maybe this will satisfy your thirst for blood.

Why is every thread started by the OP just plain off the wall and mean-spirited?

Because the Left lost badly last year. All their plans went down the commode. And now Trump is dancing on their heads.

Leftists are very unhappy, angry, bitter people, that is why they became leftists.

Just look at how and when they celebrate!
  • When the stock market goes down.
  • When car dealerships are firebombed.
  • When a president trying to clean up crime is defied by a rogue judge.
  • When government officials are attacked, mobbed and picketed.

The United States has already struck 200 trade deals, President Donald Trump said in an interview this week — but he refused to say with whom.

Trump’s comments come just two weeks after he announced a 90-day pause on most of the sweeping global tariffs he imposed earlier this month to allow time for trade negotiations with hundreds of countries slugged by the punishing levies. Only China was exempted from the 90-day pause.

Until the Blowhard can make some feeble versions of his beautiful deals, he'll try to distract his devotees with how his inmates at Mar-a-Alcatraz will be allowed only two dolls each, instead of the thirty Biden would have provided. His hysterical tales of immigrants eating their neighbors' pet cats and dogs appears to have run their course.

Watch for more fractured fairy tales as his tariff-driven shortages and higher prices kick in.

Ford reported earnings this afternoon. Like many other companies they have suspended future guidance due to the uncertainty of tariffs. Many many companies are delaying decisions affecting their business due to similar uncertainty. Countries around the world know this. They know the longer trump's idiocy continues the more the US economy is compromised. He made the claim not too long ago that countries would come begging for deals. He was lying.

Economists relentlessly cite stability as essential to economic well-being.

Trump is now lashing out at the economically-savvy as if they were educators, scientists, or public heath experts.

It's astounding how tenaciously his butt lamprey adhere.

Were we supposed to take '90 deals in 90 days' literally or seriously?
