Remember…..it’s not the regular Americans who elected him. If you look at the votes of JUST the regular Americans, he would have lost. The problem is that NYC has 2 million naturalized citizens, including almost 1 million Muslims. The vast majority of them voted for the Islamic Socialist.

The point of the thread is to point out how ridiculous Democratic polices can be, in this case, raising estate taxes to 50% for “estates” over 750k. Just another DUMB idea by Democrats/Socialists.

Why is that dumb? I think the estate tax should be higher. You didn't earn that wealth, you just inherited it.

As usual, your anger is directed in the wrong place.

Your anger should be against your employer, who decided to dump you into an ACA plan instead of actually buying a plan for their employees.

I only had to go on an ACA plan once for six months (Because the contract I was on didn't include HC.) What I paid was actually less than what I am paying for my insurance now through an employer.

Now one of the dumber things that happened was that when I got married, my wife was on an ACA plan, and when our incomes were combined, we had to pay back the subsidy she was getting. (Even though we weren't married at the time, or even living together.)

Sorry, but my kids should inherit my money or my property. The government has already taxed me several times on the money that I used to purchase the proprerty. What happens to family businesses? The government and those of you that don’t have much to begin with love it because people won’t save…they will spend everything they earn. They get redistributed, just as you think they should. Wealth belongs to those how made it as does the distribution of that wealth after death. Sorry, but your envy is showing again.
