Henry Kissinger, Good man or Villian?

I think he is a good man. He engineered the SALT weapons reduction agreement. He also pushed for further weapons reductions (Anti-ballistic missle treaty). He also got the Vietnam peace accords and was joinly rewarded the Nobel peace prize. In 1973, he negotiated the end of the Yom Kippur War. He was one of the best-liked people in the Nixon adminstration. He was also a top intellitucal, wrote "Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy".
