Yes. We are very conscientious about it. And yes, it is our family and a few friends that will be invited. It's not like we have a huge underground facility or anything but we do have a nice set up. A nice farm, well water, generators, plenty of forest and game for hunting, horses....and yes...we buy extra dry goods, canned goods and bottled water. We will also try something new this year....we will begin canning from our garden that we will begin. We think it's a good thing to know....how to handle a garden properly. And it's high time we learn!
You may think it's silly AND maybe it is....BUT!! Are you aware of the current state of the US dollar? Do you wonder just how much more it will decline after China quits buying up all of the debt?? Do you think about what will happen to our
all mighty dollar if Japan's new leader DOES decide to transfer Japan’s monetary reserves from US dollars into another currency?? And don't even get me started on Obama. Budget. HA! Just one big welfare country....that's what we'll be! Big, fat, lazy socialists.

Where did I say it was silly what you're doing? You think the USA is turning to hell in a hand basket, and you're just preparing yourself for when it happens! Nothing wrong with that, it's your right as a US Citizen.
