Hegeeth sexual assault claim revealed

Then why the hell do you want me to post it again.
Because you made the following unsubstantiated assumptions:

What is wrong with these republican men. Having to drug women in order to have sex with them.
Where are the drug tests in these cases?
Both women reported the same thing - definite signs of being drugged.
Reported a questionable possibility without definitive proof..........
Consensual sex does not include having a woman say no repeatedly and you don't usually have to block escape routes in the room.
That's funny, thought you said you read the police report.......she told him not to pop inside her and she would tell her dear hubby she fell asleep on a friends couch.....Hubby told police she fell asleep on a friends couch.
And you don't have to drug the women you're having consensual sex with either.
Please provide proof of your erroneous assumption, please.
Unless a real investigation is done by an independent party you cannot prove it either way.
Police department and collected evidence sent to the DA don't count as 'independent parties'?
The woman was obviously drugged by Hegseth.
You can 'obviously' supply a toxicology report?
What you call hearsay ( testimony ) from the victim. Why is his testimony of any more value , especially given his history.
Two sides to every story.......or aren't you aware of that? Both sides and the 'evidence' apparently didn't support going to trial.
You need to wear a sign , like trump , that says Does not play fair or well with others.

Wake up idiot. This is an opinion board. I voiced my opinion. At least my opinion means something. You are the one going with all the biased , unsubstantiated information.

Well, this doesn't look good. Remember, folks, Trump only hires the best people!

A police report on Pete Hegseth’s alleged sexual assault of a woman in 2017 was released on Wednesday, providing details into allegations that could derail the Fox News host’s Senate confirmation.

The Monterey Police Department released the 24-page report to news organization Mediaite after initially denying to do so, explaining that Hegseth’s request for a copy in 2021 waived its obligation to keep it under wraps.

The alleged assault took place during a Republican women's conference during which Hegseth, President-elect Donald Trump's pick to lead the Department of Defense, was a keynote speaker. In his statement to police, Hegseth said he did have sex with the accuser and corroborated details from her account, but characterized the encounter as consensual.

Hegseth’s alleged victim said she had a drink at a sports bar attached to the hotel before “things got fuzzy,” telling a nurse who administered her sexual assault test that she suspected something was slipped into her drink.

She said she didn’t recall Hegseth leading her to his hotel room, but she “remembered saying 'no' a lot,” and recalled the Fox News host taking her phone from her and blocking her path to the door with his body.

The alleged victim told police her next memory was being underneath Hegseth in his hotel room with the ex-National Guardsman’s dog tags dangling over her face. She added that Hegseth did not wear a condom and ejaculated on her body, details Hegseth confirmed. The victim could not remember how she returned to her hotel room but said she woke up there.

Commentary- Seriously, this is the best you guys can come up with, a guy who is completely unqualified who roofies a chick to have sex with her?
He was discharged from the military because he was an extremist , that should be enough to wake people up that he isn't fit to head our military. He'd be a good mercenary for some dictator though. Maybe that's what trump is thinking.

True...............but opinions backed by provable facts.

Thank you for admitting you are an uninformed lying fool.

He was never discharged, liar.

"The feeling was mutual - I didn't want this Army anymore either," Hegseth said in his book "The War on Warriors: Behind the Betrayal of the Men Who Keep Us Free."
The National Guard has not commented on Hegseth's tattoos, his allegations of being targeted for his religious and political beliefs, or whether he was withdrawn from Guard duty in Washington. Trump's transition team did not immediately reply to a request for comment.

But a second member of the D.C. National Guard at the time, who has since left the service, confirmed Hegseth's tattoos were the reason he was flagged for review, and that there were email exchanges within the organization about them.
Hegseth was not declared an extremist, this person said, speaking on condition of anonymity. But in the wake of the Jan. 6 riots Guard leadership opted to err on the side of caution.

Asked about the tattoos, Heidi Beirich, co-founder of the Global Project Against Hate and Extremism, which works to combat far-right extremism, did not dismiss the concerns. But she cautioned against any quick judgment, saying they could be just signs of Hegseth's Christian faith even if they have been used by extremist groups.
"I think we have to take his word for it," Beirich told Reuters.

Republicans balk at new Hegseth allegations

The Republican wall of support around Pete Hegseth shows no sign of weakening, despite new allegations against the Defense secretary nominee that he was abusive to his second wife. GOP senators waved away the accusations from Hegseth’s former sister-in-law, which senators received Tuesday in an affidavit. The former Fox News host would need more than three Republicans to vote against him — and that doesn’t appear likely to happen.

“It’s desperate,” said Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-Mo.). “This is a sad attempt by Democrats to oust a reformer.”

Danielle Hegseth, who was married to the former Fox News host’s brother for eight years, claimed in a sworn statement that Pete Hegseth’s second wife, Samantha, once hid in a closet out of fear of his actions and had a safe word to use if she needed to call for help. She also described other scenarios involving his drinking and aggressive behavior.

The allegation is the latest in a series against Hegseth — who has denied any wrongdoing — and could strengthen Democratic claims that he is unfit for the Pentagon’s top position.

Pete gets a vote. He will be confirmed. Next up Tulsi.

You miss this part:

Two days before Congress received the affidavit, NBC News asked Hegseth's second wife, Samantha Hegseth, to comment on details of some of the allegations in the affidavit.

In an email response Monday, Samantha Hegseth said: “First and foremost, I have not and will not comment on my marriage to Pete Hegseth. I do not have representatives speaking on my behalf, nor have I ever asked anyone to share or speak about the details of my marriage on my behalf, whether it be a reporter, a committee member, a transition team member, etc.”

She added, “I do not believe your information to be accurate, and I have cc’d my lawyer.”
Asked what information was not accurate and for comment on the affidavit, she replied on Tuesday: “There was no physical abuse in my marriage. This is the only further statement I will make to you, I have let you know that I am not speaking and will not speak on my marriage to Pete. Please respect this decision.”

A lawyer for Pete Hegseth, Tim Parlatore, dismissed the allegations.

"Sam has never alleged that there was any abuse, she signed court documents acknowledging that there was no abuse and recently reaffirmed the same during her FBI interview. Belated claims by Danielle Dietrich, an anti-Trump far left Democrat who is divorced from Mr. Hegseth’s brother and never got along with the Hegseth family, do nothing to change that," he said in a statement.

Danielle Dietrich, the estranged ex-sister-in-law of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, who is now claiming he abused his ex-wife, is a lifelong Democrat who is represented by a lawyer working for a prominent Democratic Party-connected firm.

Dietrich is represented by Leita Walker of Ballard Spahr, which “has a strong financial connection to Biden and some Democratic politicians,” according to the Pennsylvania Capital-Star. The news outlet reported:

Individual attorneys at Ballard Spahr have been politically active for at least the last three decades, according to data from Open Secrets. And their giving has skewed to Democrats.
But the firm’s political largesse nearly quadrupled in the Trump era. The previous high was $272,000 in 2008. In 2016, the firm’s attorneys gave $846,000. By 2020, political giving increased to more than $955,000, including $148,450 from a newly active political action committee.

His wife Samantha gave an affidavit that she was never abused, so there is no new anything. Just more lies.
She and Pete both signed a court affidavit that there was no domestic abuse..........under oath, no less.

Right !!!
Here you come again with your tweedle dee deciphering of what you actually want the truth to be.

The irony of it all. What a bad joke. You believe all of Trump's lies. They are not real.
