Many LEOs realize that our Legal (not Justice) ystem will almost assuredly fail to PUNISH the criminal, even if the system is willing or capable of convicting the individual. Their frustration at this often boils over.

If you want to clean up LEO violence, stsrt by convicting and actually punishing the criminals. Especially the repeat offenders.

There is nothing wrong with being lawful and respecting officers of the law...it has nothing to do with politics or the size and power of government it's about respecting our civilized society...if a cop does you wrong there are avenues of regress....this case was adjudicated and the cop was reinstated...found not guilty...that's the way we do things...
If you want to argue and fight with police officers go ahead but don't be surprised if you piss one off enough to get him to kick you in the head....but if one does without cause nor reason I will symbolically stand by you in court...

So Columbus Ohio cop gets his job back after kicking handcuffed suspect in the head. The guy is on the ground not fighting a bit and usiing words such as sir and being respectfull. This cop kicks the guy in the head and yuo can clearly see it bounce of concrete. An arbitrator decides this is with in policy for frisking. Kicking a guy in the head is now policy while frisking. How does some one kicking you in the head after being frisked help find a weapon?

I do not know about you but I will not go quietly if this guy is around. The guy needs to be fired. right along with the arbitrator and the superiors that say this is with in policy.

This is what policing in the US is now, a cop just has to say he was scared and he has an automatic get out of jail and responsibility card. I used to have very high respect for the police but videos don't lie and there are too many of them now. There are a lot of bad cops out there.

We draw the line wherever the Legal System fails to also be a Justice System. Right now it's cops. Very soon it will be civilians (like me) who won't call the cops. We'll deal with the problem ourselves because we know the Government won't or can't do it for us.
