I remember reading an article stating that about 50,000 die from every 1 or 5% of higher inflation, due to such things as heart attacks, alcoholism, drug abuse, suicide, or simply not having access to proper medical care due to the stresses of not having a job. But the government closed down the economy anyway, along with all the other countries around the world................EXCEPT.......................Sweden!!!
Why only Sweden? Beats the hell out of me, but Sweden proved that all the other countries were full of BS for shutting the world economy because they did just fine thank you very much. Sweden simply told their populace to take precautions best they could for themselves and continue to live your lives, whether it be getting an education or maintaining a business. There were not special people out there who were allowed to keep their business opened that were referred to as "ESSENTIAL". No, everyone is essential the last time I checked, because the economy of the world created huge shortages, which has contributed greatly to the inflation of today that no government leader anywhere will ever take responsibility for, which is why no one will ever talk about it.
How dare you only blame Trump! As I recall, Trump was lambasted by people with TDS like you for closing down air travel from China to the US as he was called xenophobic for doing so.
The president could sign an executive order closing off the country as early as this week.

Then I saw Nancy Pelosi dancing around China town without a mask stating how safe it was and not to listen to the Trump hate filled xenophobic warnings about people flying in from China where the virus was coming from.

The next thing I knew, it all changed on a dime as people like Nancy Pelosi opted to shut down the entire economy of the country. Places like where she got her hair done, only, she later opened it up privately just for her own use.

As for Trump doing nothing, he made the mistake of listening to the "experts" like Fauci, the man who admitted he lied about not having to wear masks when the virus broke out in order to save masks for medical people. Then you had Fauci ignore people who were wearing cloth masks, which did absolutely nothing to protect them, while declaring jihad on people who did not wear a mask for one reason or another. In fact, the only mask the really protected you the most, which was used in the hospital, no one wore out in public.
Then you had Biden mandate everyone get vaccinated, and if you didn't, you were declared anti-science and a MAGA loon as they lost their job or got kicked out of school. But those that did get the vaccine, and did have a bad reaction, some of which was dying from it, not only were they not compensated legally for it, if they got on social media to tell the world their story, they were censored, banned from social media, and declared anti-science and a loon. And God forbid your family member was dying in a hospital from Covid, because you were not allowed to be with them as they died.
The whole thing was criminal, which is why you will ever see an accurate documentary on it, per usual.
