Have U.S. greenies finally returned to reality? As data centers gobble up electricity, Big Tech is going all-in on nuclear power.

$350B for US nuclear underscores the AI-era reality: we need clean, 24/7 firm power. The question is no longer if, but how fast. Priorities: extend the current fleet, deploy SMRs near load centers, streamline permitting, and secure fuel.
Still, have U.S. greenies finally returned to reality, or are they still working—consciously or unconsciously—for Moscow 🇷🇺 imperialism ?

Environment minister: Finland should invest in new nuclear power plant

Finland's electricity needs are expected to double over the next decade."

American lefties are scared of Nuclear power.

They think we can fuel the planet with butterfly farts.

Powering America for a bright new day!

We're going to see some data centers with their own onsite proprietary power plants. A company called Oklo (ticker OKLO) is trying to be first to market with widespread smaller fission plants specifically for data centers. There are a few other technologies lining up, including sodium-based power plants and even geothermal. It's a race right now, which is pretty neat.

The company was founded in 2013, and nothing’s really been done so far—yet the stock’s up 24% in the past five days. Can we seriously trust U.S. public opinion, packed with nuclear panic, lobbyists, green freaks, communists, and pro-Moscow 🇷🇺 shills? I’m all in on nuclear power—and on Sam Altman, of course.

I don't care what wins. The data centers' need for power will only increase, so whatever works is fine with me.

Solar and wind turbines.

They are fools.
Solar panels and wind turbines can produce a stable energy flow—but even if you multiply them 10 or 100 times, Solar and wind turbines still won’t power our cities and industries 24/7. Solar and wind turbines failed miserably in Germany. The only ones it worked for were Putin and his predatory 🇷🇺 empire.

Mark my words, our lunatic 'green' retards will tie up nuclear in the courts for decades.
I am not sure about it

Nuclear Power? Yes please, 🇨🇦Green Party!

ps By the way, all these "antinuclear" politicians- activists are sure to be receiving "help" ($$$$) from 🇷🇺putin, iran, KSA.

The AGW freaks aren’t concerned about the environment. This is about control through economic manipulation.
why would they ? They’re just 🇷🇺 Putin’s employees.

They certainly will try... But they can't stop progress and technology. the SMR being built are based upon all the knowledge we've developed using reactors on Navy ships.
AI say's:
Small modular reactors (SMRs) are influenced by the technology and experience gained from naval ship reactors, particularly in terms of design and safety. The expertise developed in naval nuclear propulsion has contributed to advancements in SMR technology, making them more efficient and reliable for civilian energy use.

and here we go, typical Solar and wind turbines mentality :

Not defense?? Can't he see that the horde is a threat to the sovereignty of Sweden and other countries in Europe?

They stopped the clean burning of coal in the U.S. Forced China to burn that coal instead spewing dirty pollution. Which floated across the Pacific and landed in the U.S.

Indeed, DSA Marxists led by Barry Soetoro/Barack Obama shut down the use of fossil fuels to generate electricity in America and invested heavily in solar and wind technology, which led t the largest boondoggles in U.S. history.
