The US Marshals are part of an executive agency (the Justice Dept). SCOTUS can not task them to go to El Salvador and kidnap a Salvadorian citizen. They don't have the authority to task the US Marshalls to walk across the street. But even if they could the US Marshalls don't have any jurisdiction in El Salvador or anywhere else outside the US. But even if they did why do you think it would be a good idea for the US to kidnap a Salvadorian national in El Salvador and haul him back to the US?

I see that, but it seems to me that if Trump actually applies tariffs doubling prices of certain imported goods, we have both inflation and less consumer purchasing .... which would be stagflation to some degree or another.

Personally, the greater theat seems to me that Europe and Jina can do seperate deals that freeze us out of favorable trade deals. Then we not only have a recession but arguably the dollar will fail to BRIC.
