He didn't change the law...he delayed deportation for the parents of American citizen minors so that INS could prioritize with the budget they are funded for deportation.

He did not give amnesty, this is only temporary, no law was changed, just prioritizing. Only congress can give amnesty with legislation.

The law specifies the executive branch as overseer of certain govt agencies and INS is one of them.

Both Reagan and Bush1 issued delayed deportation protection outside of congress with INS....

Obama is no different

It's a distraction...if the suit had merit congress would be doing it....

And you all bought in to it hook, line, and sinker....

Now congress can go back to twiddling their thumbs on immigration and keep the border opened for millions more....

Let's just open our borders and give all of them that want to come here, a legal pass...after they get screened for previous crimes and a medical exam and mandatory vaccinations before they enter along with a fee, and they would legally be paying our federal and State and Local taxes, but would not be allowed to vote because they would never become citizens, allow them to go home, back to their country of origin whenever they wanted and could easily come back in when they chose to.

WHY NOT? We'd probably all be better off than we now are...and sadly so....

at least we would have a record of them, we would have screenings for them for criminal activity beforehand, we would know that they had medical examinations and their shots/vaccinations, they would never become citizens....

Pretty much, the way it is now...is even worse than what I proposed above....sheesh.....

CONGRESS NEEDS TO take action...please don't let this law suit over joy you... it doesn't affect immigration policy or our illegal immigration problems....it's a distraction.... an intentional distraction and Congress couldn't be happier the distraction is working....it'll appease the right wing.
