Harris accepts CNN debate invitation for October 23

CNN fails to settle defamation suit with Navy veteran who says Jake Tapper segment ‘destroyed his reputation’

Well we'll see where this goes in January right?
Meanwhile no, it isn't similar to Fox News' Dominion settlement at all.
Nice try at deflection though.

No you didn’t. You’re just too deep in Trumps sack to admit that something is better than nothing and this bill would have helped things at the border.
This is priceless as it show's who's ass your heads up.
Pretty much every reply to your claims were never directly answered.......I actually thought I was dealing with Kamala.
Then there's your selectively edited, unattributed quotes from a summary, that just happened to be from the GOP HR-2 bill, authored by Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart.

The actual 'bill' was an amendment......coauthored by Lankford, Sinema and Murphy. Lankford, in the end, voted against the bill.

CNN getting sued for lying isn't similar to Fox getting sued for lying?

Speaking of a bogus network paying millions for lying to its viewers, how much is CNN going to pay?
Well they haven't lost their case yet so who knows.
Maybe zero.
Meanwhile Fox has most certainly lost it's case and had to pay.
See the difference?

Trump Ends Speculation On Another Debate: 'There Will Be No Rematch'.

Donald Trump is making it clear: He doesn’t want a second debate, regardless of which network is hosting.

The former president ruled out another debate with Kamala Harris in a Wednesday post on his social media network. “THERE WILL BE NO REMATCH!” he said in all capital letters.

Trump gave several reasons for his decision, including that voting has already begun in some states and that he is “LEADING IN THE POLLS,” though polling shows a close race with Harris in the swing states that will determine the election.

His refusal to debate, even on the friendly territory of Fox News, suggests he is unwilling to risk the unpredictability of a head-to-head contest with the vice president in the final weeks of the campaign. Harris has said she’s open to another matchup.

Harris should set up a debate on Fox.

That'll show Trump who's boss.
