the man was self taught....and had tuned it wrong in the beginning.....but yet he sounded great....

I enjoy any instrument when its played by one who has mastered it.

Harp sweeps were used in a lot of sound effects like for the witch spells on the show Bewitched. It's even in the theme song.

Of course the nose twitch was 2 high notes on a piano.

Not sure about harps but piano tuners are in pretty high demand in many areas...making about $100 each tuning ( up to $40 k to $100k a year)
