Very little mental strain on these forums, actually relaxing compare to what one thinks about during the workweek. No anxiety, anger, angst. Just relaxing in my sweats, enjoying my coffee, interacting with ya'll.

and a distinction from desert dwellers who have failed miserably by their pitiful disregard for planet earth's well being and their feeble interpretation against labour on weekends.

I don't believe that's all you got out of Sabbath "rest". And yes, I understand where you're coming from.

The seven-day weekly cycle hasn't changed although the calendar dates have. Saturday is the seventh day, the Sabbath. That said Sunday is a great day for worship services. People are well rested and attentive.

Eve was possessed temporarily by the serpent, Satan, just as Peter was. So, they were 'one' for a brief time.

The benefits of the Sabbath rest show up later and can be cumulative. The benefits of rest are physical, mental, and spiritual and go beyond yourself to your relationship with others in your circle; family, friends, and job.

Endless excuses to replace God's Sabbath with SATAN'S Sunday

Ancient Israel held 'commanded assemblies' on the Sabbath (hardly restful). The new covenant has no such requirement. Worship services can be held on any day of the week. Paul once preached a lengthy service on the first day of the week.

Wednesday evening bible studies are common among Protestant churches as well. Baptisms can occur on any day.
