Crap, 4.38 am, still not asleep. So I've caught up on Bovaer how it's an ongoing cost with a capped benefit, how methane works in the atmosphere farted and belched from cows (saying farted winds up alarmists), I've watched Dean Doherty fix some power tools, and had a cuppa soup. Then watched a few Jordan Peterson short videos and I activated my new credit card on the Virgin Money app.
What other crap have I done
I did an idiom quiz, 15 idioms with 3 multiple choice answers, got all 15. Then looking at contronym words, like dust. Been making two shopping lists, one for the girlfriend because she goes shopping everyday (mainly for her old bugger mother), and a list for me on the bits I want that she always ***** up on.
And some other random crap.
Well, you did ask.

They're always good, but with two 1 1/2 year old dogs running about now and then, with nearly a 12 year old dog watching thinking, "That's too much exercise for me", I was just watching snippets as we supped Champagne and ate cheese and biscuits.

I am content as usual but being pessimistic about the global future is unrelated to my overall personal happiness .
Example , I am pessimistic about the Seagulls getting any sort of a good result from their weekend match with the Arsenal -- but that is hardly going to influence my whole life .
