Happy Birthday, Robert E. Lee!

"somewhere"

I sense you're lying again.
**** you, it was probably around Athens, *****.
It was easterly from Atlanta, I'll tell you that.
It was Athens, **** you.
And the porch and store wood was new.
That old black lady sittin' out front was not new. Her new days were long gone. :auiqs.jpg:
Apparently the people set her out there, cause she was damn sure there.

Big loser that guy.
South has never had a chance

Fun fact: Grant threatened to resign if ANY criminal charges were made against Lee
He claimed it "insulted his honor as a soldier"
ps Johnny Cash was a freaking king
Enjoy this before Youtube deletes it.

man , is it a radical leftist forum, why i´d read it ?

Lee and Grant were great mean. Sherman, maybe not.
Stonewall Jackson? That is what men look like.
Sherman was a Man who understood War. And his scorched Earth policy was to make the South unable to fight. Destroying the Rails and burning the Crops did more damage than all the bullets and cannon balls fired.

His old man - Light Horse Harry - was no slouch as a fighter either!

Sigh, if more people were willing to defend their home against federal tyranny, maybe we wouldn’t be in the position we’re in now.

I’m pointing the finger at myself too.

If I had an orange Dodge Charger, I'd name it after General Lee.

Lefties tried to bury history by changing the name of Washington and Lee University in Lexington Va. but it didn't work. They did manage to isolate Lee's Crypt and change the name of Stonewall Cemetery to "Lexington Cemetery.

Whatever helps your punkass sleep at night, *****. You're not on my level and never was to be.
STFU Soyboy retard. Your best bet is to STFU and not **** with me.
If you choose otherwise, you're gonna get your feels hurt.
And yes, I will remember this post, you piece of shit.
You are not the type to ever have balls to **** with somebody like me, you fuckin' *****.

I have never run into a punk who talks like this in real life. I've run into many libs, but strangely when you are there, they are much more reasonable.

ONLINE, they get to talk shit.

I'll bring up the fact again that Democrat hero FDR gave a glowing speech in 1936 at Robet E Lee's statue unveiling. praising Lee as a great general, leader, Christian, and gentleman, a speech reflective of post-Reconstruction Southern reconciliation efforts, where Lee was honored for his leadership and character despite his role in the Confederacy.

The Democratic Party and it's followers were reasonable and fair minded in the past. But soon after the JFK assassination the Party completely changed. They abandoned the blue collar worker and embraced Racism and illegal aliens and Socialism. Now they are the Party of division, hatred and chaos. That is why China, Iran, the Drug Cartels and all other anti-American forces cheer for the Democratic Party.

Those who honor Robert E. Lee should remember that Lee opposed flying the Confederate flag after the war. I fully agree that Lee was an honorable man. Lee did not embrace the virulent racism that many of his fellow Southerners exhibited. He did all he could to promote healing and unity in the years following the war.

I do not bash the Confederacy or Confederate heritage. I think secession was a rash and unjustified action, but I acknowledge that the Confederacy was a democratic republic that had a vibrant free press and that respected its citizens rights just as much as, if not more than, the federal government did. I acknowledge that the Confederate constitution allowed for the admission of free states to the Confederacy and banned the overseas slave trade. I acknowledge that the Confederacy began moving toward gradual emancipation in late 1864. I acknowledge that several thousand blacks voluntarily served as combat soldiers in the Confederate army, along with about 5,000 Hispanics and several thousand Native Americans, not to mention about 10,000 Jews.

This being said, I think Southern heritage defenders should follow Robert E. Lee's advice and stop displaying their Confederate flags, stop putting Confederate flag bumper stickers on their cars, and stop wearing clothing that shows Confederate symbols.

I also think Southern heritage defenders should stop bashing Lincoln and take the time to do some balanced reading about Lincoln's actions and views. Lincoln was no tyrant. The likes of Thaddeus Stevens and Benjamin Wade were definitely tyrants, as they proved after Lincoln's death.

Today, those that fly the flag, are not supporting division but simply celebrating their heritage as part of a larger AMERICAN PATRIOTISM.

It is those that are attacking them for their heritage, that are being divisive and racist.

LEE, existed at a time BEFORE America did it's BORG LIKE ASSIMILATION of the confederacy into our American history.

He could not foresee how that would work out. And it worked out wonderfully.

THe problem today, is asshole lefties, who want to suppress white heritage and culture.

Might be true for some.
For many it is a regional pride sort of thing.
For others, myself included, it is a middle finger to DC.

All are valid. None are in any way racist, or divisive, or celebrating slavery or any such retarded nonsense.
