Hamas' rule is illegitimate

That's why Abbas made the unity government, Abbas never want to stay out of the picture but all the 'Gaza Crisis' issue works great for him, and that's why Israel refuse to negotiate with terrorists.

wrong timnore - Hamas won election in Gaza. 2006.

Wrong, Daniyel, Hamas won the election in Palestine in 2006.

Hamas did not win the popular vote, Fatah did. Fatah had too many candidate running and the votes were split.

Hamas force Fatah out of Gaza. They only recently, after "reconciliation", allowed some Fatah to return so they can campaign as soon as new elections are scheduled. Hamas thought firing rockets at Israel was more important than planning for elections.

Abbas does not decide when Gaza holds elections Tinmore.

So...once again.....Why hasn't Gaza held elections since Hamas came into power???

Gaza does not have elections. Palestine has elections.

Flip, flop. Where will tinmore drop. Wow tinmore you are truly a cull.

Tell ya what. Let me invite you to lunch sometime. It'll be just you and I. I'll buy. Three orders (or maybe four). One for me and the others for the faces you wear.

You can't "Checkmate" Tinmore as he constantly changes the goalposts.

For example...
Statement: The majority of people voted for it.
Tinmore: Did 100% of the people vote for it?

Statement: The representatives voted for it.
Tinmore: Did the people vote for it?
Statement: A majority of people voted for it.
Tinmore: Did 100% of the people did vote for it?

Tinmore will also pull superseded documents out of his ass hoping no one will know they have been superseded.

In other words, he's ******* boring.

Come on folks, what say you about your 'legally elected' Hamas now?
90% of the crap you say about Hamas are baseless accusations, bullshit innuendo's and flat out fuckin' lies.

You're the "boy's who cried wolf!"

rhodescholar, it gets even better. The reason Hamas fought Fatah and killed them all was a pre-emptive strike because Fatah was going to overthrow Hamas right after the elections in 2006. And the Bush administration was behind it, arming Fatah with weapons and other support.

David Rose, a reporter for Vanity Fair said so.
So you support military coups over democratic elections?

Interesting?

Sure, elections are called by the president. Abass's term in office expired January 9, 2009. He refuses to step down and stays in power with the help of Israel along with US money, weapons and political cover. The speaker of parliament is to temporarily assume the office of president and call for elections within 60 days. Abbas will bot allow that to happen.

The government (the prime minister and his cabinet) has no set term limit. They are to serve until a new government is confirmed by parliament. This is similar to the US where presidential appointments require senate approval.

The last legally constituted government in Palestine is the unity government of March 2007. No government since then has received the approval of parliament.

The government has no term limit? What nonsense, it has no term limit once it decided people have no right to vote or be voted for. In all normal states you don't decide to step down or have elections, you do it because THAT is HOW THINGS WORK.

The parliament? they should have the approval of the PEOPLE, duh!:eusa_hand:
